Refund Policy

When registering an SQL server in the program, a 30-day trial period is granted so that you can fully evaluate the program before you decide whether to purchase it. While the trial license is in effect, the program operates with full functionality.

Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license.

If for any reason you have not been able to make a decision, but the trial period has expired, write to us at support@qmbsql.com, and we will extend the trial period.

We will, however, refund 100% of the price within 30 days from the time of purchase, provided that you can deactivate the purchased license. For a refund, you need to send a message to the address support@qmbsql.com in which you provide the reason for the refund and the purchased activation key.

A monetary refund is not provided for a renewal.
