When a maintenance policy is selected in the list, its details are shown in the right part of the window.

The following commands are located in the page header:
Properties – opens a form for viewing and editing the properties of the maintenance policy: list of databases, backup creation parameters and more.
Maintained databases – the command opens a form for editing the list of maintained databases.
Policy information
Enable policy – the switch controls the status of the maintenance policy. When the switch is off, all QMB Jobs stop being executed by schedule. You can, however, start them manually from the program interface.
Databases – number of maintained databases and their names.
Comment – maintenance policy comment
QMB Jobs
This section contains a list of QMB Jobs included in the maintenance policy.
Commands:
Add | Add a new QMB Job to the maintenance policy |
Edit | Opens the selected QMB Job for editing |
Delete | Deletes the selected QMB Job from the maintenance policy. This will delete all information about the execution of this QMB Job from the maintenance log |
Execute |
The command starts the execution of the QMB Job starting from the first active task. The QMB Job is executed for all databases included into the maintenance policy |
Update | Update the list of QMB Jobs |
Schedule | Opens the schedule form for the selected QMB Job |
If you need to execute a single task for the database, you can use the Execute the task command of the context menu by right-clicking on the necessary database in the tree list. |
Maintenance log
When a QMB Job is selected in the list, the Maintenance log section will display the results of its execution.
You can filter data by the QMB Job execution date using the filter above the list.
If you need to filter the list by execution Status, click on the button in the column header and select the necessary status value.
Double-clicking on a log file record will open a form with detailed information about the corresponding task: start and finish time, duration and script messages.
