Refund Policy

When an SQL Server is registered in the program, a 30-day trial period is granted so that you can fully evaluate the program before deciding to purchase. During the trial period the program operates with full functionality. Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.

If for any reason you have not been able to make a decision and the trial period has expired, write to us at support@qmbsql.com and we will extend the trial period.

If you cancel an active subscription, we will refund the subscription price for the remaining term. For a refund, deactivate the license and send an e-mail to support@qmbsql.com stating the reason for the refund and the purchased activation key.
